Multiple pregnancies have been on the rise in recent years with increasing numbers of twins and other types of multiples being born. Generally, the growing use of fertility drugs is attributed as the main reason for this rise. However, they are not the only reason why twins are born.
Conception
There are a number of different reasons why a multiple birth may occur:
Multiple eggs are released or there is more than one ovulation during your menstrual cycle. Two (or more) eggs are fertilized resulting in fraternal twins. This can occur naturally or through the use of fertility drugs.

Twin strollers are a good choice for twins or babies born relatively close together. However, they can be very tricky to get through narrow doorways and difficult to steer on narrow walkways. Twin strollers are hard enough to navigate around the city, many stores and shops aren’t exactly stroller friendly. You just made moving about just that little bit more difficult. Twin strollers are fairly easy to find, but there are also triple strollers and quad strollers on the market for larger families or day care situations. Multiple seat baby stroller also available in jogging styles for those energetic bunch.
Twin strollers are convenient, ergonomic and functional, whether you have one child or two. Many Stores feature tandem strollers and side by side strollers that allow for sitting, standing or reclining. Twin strollers are a great answer, not only for families with twins, but also for any family with two youngsters under the age of four. More recently, there have also been some stroller models that feature a baby car seat as the main seating area.
In our case, we chose to use separated strollers that could be joined by a system. In that way, we could use them separated, but if someone needed to go out alone with the twins, it was possible.
